Real Club de Golf Guadalmina

Guadalmina is one of the coast's true old guard, with two full 18-hole courses plus a 9-hole par-3 layout for good measure. The South Course — a Javier Arana design and the club's headline act — plays flat and wide along the coast, with lovely Mediterranean views that reviewers keep coming back to praise even when the golf itself divides opinion: some find it a relaxed, scenic stroll, others wish for a bit more bite from a course with this much history. The North Course, laid out by Folco Nardi in 1977, leans further into parkland territory with flatter greens and a gentler overall character. Together they make Guadalmina a genuinely flexible base for a multi-day golf stay without ever leaving San Pedro de Alcántara.

Guadalmina is located on the A-7 in San Pedro de Alcántara, about 10 minutes from Puerto Banús. From Málaga Airport, take the AP-7 motorway westbound and exit at San Pedro de Alcántara (around 50 minutes). The club is signposted from the A-7, with parking on site.
